Project's description

Located in the Kenitra Atlantic Free Zone, this facility reimagines the factory as a high-tech laboratory. The design features a rhythmic sawtooth roof optimized for north-facing natural light, reducing energy costs and improving worker well-being. By elevating the administrative block into a "floating" glass volume above the production floor, we visually connected the engineers directly with the manufacturing process. The result is a hyper-efficient, human-centric industrial space that reflects the precision of the electric vehicles built within.

  • Technical Specifications:
      Logistics:
The floor slab is a "super-flat" fiber-reinforced concrete pour, laser-screeded to support autonomous mobile robots (AMRs).
      Sustainability:
The 20,000 sqm roof hosts a 3MW solar array that powers 80% of the factory’s assembly line.
      Modularity:
The steel structure utilizes a 24m x 24m grid, allowing production lines to be completely reconfigured within 48 hours.
